Ancient Tongue

Ancient Tongue is the oldest of language of the cosmology, spoken by the angels, deities and ancient beings and races. The only times it is used is by the dragons and giants for speaking or by priests, magicians or scholars for prayers, spells/secret documents and translation. This languages was written in ancient runes by the dragons, but is now commonly written in common runes (and occasionally in other alphabets depending on the scribe). Faenir is used more often for religious scriptures, and the names of places and deities are referred to by their Faenir names (save for Dark Lords, whose original Opraarkuul names have been found and are used sometimes). Ancient Tongue is the origin of Opraarkuul, a corrupted version of the language, and Faenir has words derived from the ancient vocabulary.
