Project: Giant Pigmy [COMPLETED]

Rearrange my tiny owl, Pigmy, in such a manner that it will fly up and transform into a large Horned Owl instead.
Requirements:

• Tiny Bag of Holding to hold additional gears and such. ✔
• Ether crystal infused with levitation... apparently. (Tip from Tinker). ✔
• Controlling the Ether to organizes the plates and gears and training Pigmy to do it themselves! ✔

Notes:
Has to go woosh!... BAM! to intimidate bad guys.
