Recall Device

"The Recall Device is used to control weather and is considered illegal by the peoples of Eastreth. Captain Henri L'espoire asked the Knights of the Golden Order to steal the device from the Emberglow Family in the City of Ord because the captain had, in the past, somehow offended the god named Storm Lord's Thunder who would summon storms to try and sink the Zolt.
During the Zolt's approach to Zadare, admiral Shedrrah Emberglow of the Emberglow Family's navy took the Recall Device back and enslaved Henri L'espoire for the offense." - from the journals of Old Jass
