"The Portsmen are Dwarves from Aether Fell but with a little bit of other races mixed in. The Aether Fell Dwarves were very cautious not to allow outside blood into their legitimate lines, but many still dallied with the men and women of Freeport City. The resulting bastards were never welcome inside of their home, which they considered to be only for the pure of blood.
