Arclight Brotherhood

Structure

There are four titles within the organization. Each of equal value but represent different disciplines of Spellforgers: Abjura, Transma, Evoji, and Necrae.
There are three ranks for each school: aspirant, brothers, and four-fathers.
The rank is placed after the title, like so: Abjura-Aspirant or Evoji-brother. The names are masculine, even if the member identifies as otherwise. Aspirants are initiates who are not privy to the secrets the organization has to offer. They work thanklessly as assistants for the brothers and four-fathers. With perseverance and by playing the political game properly, they will earn the chance to take oaths and becoming a brother. There are only ever one father for each school and being selected for the position is done by popular vote from within your school. The current Four-Fathers of the school are:

Essid Lidain (Eldritch Knight) of Abjura
Esme Forthos (Sword Mage) of Transma - Also the current President-Magus of Zezig
Nava (Sorcerer) of Necrae
Juniper (Valorian Bard) of Evoji.

The Abjura school focuses on spells which heal, bolster, and protect. The Transma school focuses on physical alteration of your environment or person to adapt to unexpected situations. Evoji are focused on destruction and creation, with a particular focus in building defenses out of your physical surroundings. Finally, Necrae are trying to study both undeath and the Far-Realm, chaotic energies. Their research often takes a dangerous route where madness lies.

The organization owns Arclight Keep in the Menagerie of Zezig. Here their members reside and their secrets are defended.

History

The Arclight Brotherhood is relatively new, only being in existance for the past fifty years. Typically, such a youthful organization would not have accomplished so much, old Dromish tradition would not permit it so, except that they have accomplished some of the most spectacular spellforging seen in centuries. Thanks to their advancements in new spell development, Zezig is entering an arcanalogical golden age.
