Blade of Kronos

The Blade of Kronos (aka. Blade of the Usurper) is a large harpe forged from adamantine, strong and razor sharp. It carries within it the strength of its namesake. It crushes all who oppose it. And it crushes all who wield it. It gives great power to those that would seek to overthrow their oppressors, but in turn twists their minds, turning them into the one thing they once fought against.
The Blade is a creation of Gaia, an artefact of great power created to depose Uranus, but over the ages, it has grown corrupt. It wants to overthrow. To lay waste to empires. It seeks to see the cycle of oppressed to oppressor repeated time and time again until all is dust. Anytime a user of the Blade achieves power, the Blade seems to be misplaced or go missing, only to find itself in the hands of one the individuals most oppressed by the Blade's former owner. Soon the blade stirs up thoughts of revolution, of overthrowing their masters, and thus the cycle continues…
