Blackrazor

A bow made from a raven's wing. The bow itself looks like one giant Raven's wing. It's still warm and feels as bony as the real thing. It has a full plume of feathers like a wing would and has an impossibly thin, black string for the bowstring. It seems where the wing would attach to the birds body is a pitch black void. The bow itself also seems to be sentient and can react (and move) as if it were a real birds wing to stimuli such as shiver in a cold climate or start flapping wildly when it's upset.
This incredibly deadly weapon uses magic from the killer of God's, The Raven Queen. A wielder that has bonded with the bow can harness some of the Queen's energy into a single very powerful shot that transforms a felled victim into a swarm of raven under the control of the user.
It is the religious duty of wielders of the bow to hunt people with this bow and kill ravens spawned by it. Each raven spawned by the bow is a representation of a memory of the victim and killed ravens leave the victims mind and supposedly are harvested by the queen.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

No one knows if the Raven this used to be attached to is still alive or even if it was from a bird to begin with. The bow seems to be alive and have a nervous system as it is just one giant wing but doesn't require food air or water and never ages or grows (although it has been known to molt). The magic that it summons seems to be directly from the Raven queen herself and is specialized for memory hunters.
The bow also seems to have a bond with whomever attunes to it that allows them to use the blackrazor's ability by sheer force of will: when an arrow is knocked and the user puts all of their power into one shot then the arrow transforms into a more demonic form. From the head of the arrow spawns two bloodshot raven eyes with no eyelids bulging from the arrowhead. The shaft splits into a terrifying beak designed to tear it's victims to shreds. Veins run down the shaft of the arrow and the fletching turns into a tiny plume of feathers as bodily appendages wrap around them to form wings. A narrow black tongue comes from the beak of the arrow and when the arrow hits its mark, the beak sinks into the flesh biting into the bone before the arrow sinks into the now corpse and the transformation into a flock of ravens begins. This transformation is temporary and the Ravens will reform as the original person slain, by the next dawn. They will reform at full health. Each raven in this swarm holds a memory and personality aspect of the person they came from. One Raven might embody the creature's most fearful memory and will only remember that one thing and will be a nervous wreck, one may remember their wedding day and be incredibly jovial and lovestruck but only remember their spouse, one may be the part that remembers that super secret plan that you need to find out about but refuses to talk. They can only understand and speak common and Raven.
When a raven is killed, it will not reform with the flock at the next dawn and the reformed person will not have the memory that that raven represented and I'll feel the emotions of that memory less intensely.
