Rightful heir to the Rowster Bloodline. Kind of a spooky teen. Has been a "ward" of the Blood King's the last five years. He's promised to be the last Aeridinian Teifling killed by the Blood King's own hand once the mass extermination is complete.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Brance isn't necessarily very physically strong given most of his time is spent locked away. But he does what he can to keep himself in a decent physical condition within the confines of his room.
Identifying Characteristics
Brance inherited the curled and crossed horns of the Rowsters. However, during the struggle to avoid capture by the Blood King his right horn was sliced off, leaving only a half horn, broken, brittle, and jagged at it's edge.

Personal history
Remembrance Rowster was born on the Plain in the third year of the Rowster exile from the nation's capital. He spent his early years settled, decently, in a Rowster holding farther north in the country. The first nine years of his life were spent in relative peace aside from his father answering a call of distress from his cousin, riding to the far south and never being seen or heard from again. His death was confirmed in later years when Ulligaan posted his horns along with his grandfather's on the gate to the Keep in Dibelo.
The blood crews didn't find the family until he was nine. In that struggle, his mother and uncle were both killed buying time for his aunt to escape with him and his two young cousins. And from there, they fled. Finding help with various allies but the crew caught up a year later. In this struggle, he lost his aunt and his cousins along with half of his right horn-- a scarring that will follow him all his life.
From there he was passed and passed from powerful hand to powerful hand, the families of Aeridian knowing they have the true Rowster heir in their grasp. A few years passed, Brance used as a negotiation piece until he finally, finally landed in the hands of the Blood King back in his ancestral home.
Those years on the plain were hard for a young Remembrance. He saw and experienced things no child should-- lack of food, grueling work, days and even weeks blindfolded and alone. But he's always been a smart boy, cunning. He listened and observed, learning when he could from his captors-- language, culture, weapons and survival on the plain.
At the Keep, where he's been captive since fourteen, Brance is mostly locked away in a room deep inside. He has few visitors aside from Uligartha of Multish, the Dream Princess, who's taken pity and interest in the boy, bringing him books from time to time. The Blood King will bring Brance to court occasionally, parading him around as a prized captive. Always reminding the people, always reminding Remembrance-- he will be the last Aeridinain Tiefling to die.

Morality & Philosophy
Life has handed Brance a rough, rough hand. While the instinct to be hard, calloused, and cruel back to a world that has shown him nothing but pain, Brance... isn't. His years of observation and study have granted him a deep awareness of the cyclical nature of Aeridinian generational strife and conflict. He mourns the loss of his family... of his people, but he doesn't view a counter attack against half-orcs or their supporters to be a productive solution. He doesn't want to violence wrought against his family to be, in turn, wrought by him upon someone else.
Brance wants to end the strife. He is by no means a pacifist and the deep animal inside of him deeply desires to see a few heads of pikes one day... but not if that means their children are orphaned as he was, not if it means a new generation arises full of loss and hate.

History
Tem and Brance haven't spent a ton of time in one another's company-- age difference being a factor and both of them having spent large chunks of their life on the run being a big part of that. But knowing they're likely the last of the Rowsters... they're bound together.
