Yama

A great general for the Hobhoblin army. Known as "The Immovable Mountain" for his ability to hold the Red Crag under siege for 2 years until the Warlord Bishu was able to bring the bulk of the Red army forces to break the siege.
He eventually decides that he no longer has a place in hobgoblin society, which is all war, glory and ambition. He decides to leave and get out of his sons way to live his own life, make his own choices, he can no longer stand to watch his cruelty.
After leaving his clan Yama moves through small towns eventually coming across a town under attack from orcs (?) he fights for the town and finds a place for himself, people to defend. The people of the town, at first wary, warm to him quickly and welcome him into their houses to their tables etc. While staying in the spare room of a small tea shop is where he finds a new love beyond the martial arts, tea brewing!
Until meeting La Floridita, Yama went on to live a very nomadic life. Going town to town, experiencing both welcome reception and fear and aggression. He has survived by basically living as a mercenary, taking food and lodging in trade, living a very humble lifestyle. He is not driven by money, only for the acceptance of others and taking joy from his ability to protect those weaker than himself.
Crowned as The Witchlight Monarch during The Witchlight Carnival .
