Rosenberg Syndicate

The Rosenberg Syndicate is an organised crime syndicate run by the notorious Rosenberg family. It is currently headed by Viktor Rosenberg. They are headquartered in Norhaven, but have a strong presence in New Hampton and the rest of the Lyonesse continent.
They are known for their brutality toward their enemies, especially toward undercover agents if they are discovered.

Structure

Don (Viktor Rosenberg)- The boss of the organization.
Vice (Anthony Rosenberg) - The second in command. The Vice is usually a sibling or son of the Don depending on age. In the event of the Don's death or imprisonment, the Vice will succeed the Don, taking over command of the organization. From there, the Vice will appoint a new second-in-command from eligible candidates. There is no official process for selection, as each Vice has their own methods of appointment.
Consigliere (Tommy Rosenberg)- The right hand man of the Don. The consigliere acts as an advisor to the Don as well as a diplomat between other criminal organizations or bribed law enforcement. The current Consigliere is Tommy Rosenberg.
Caporegime - Sometimes referred to as Captain. They are in charge of crews within the Mafia, each consisting of 5-10 Lieutenants and a number of Associates.
Soldato - The lowest ranking members above Associates. They are the main workforce of the Mafia. Associates who pass their initiations into the Mafia start off as Soldatos.
Associate - Not strictly members of the Mafia, but will perform work for them. They can vary from wannabe criminals trying to get their foot in the door, to people blackmailed to work for the Mafia. Considered disposable by higher ranked members, they will always be the first to take the fall if an operation gets investigated or busted by the police to keep attention off members and the Mafia will deny any acquaintance with these individuals if caught. More clever associates have been known to frame civilians for their dirty work, further keeping attention off the Mafia.
