Vaskal Runar Halthorn

Runar is a Volkist of some renown, as he has been awarded the title of Vaskal. He is known to be fearsome in battle, his axe having tasted the blood of many who dared to face him. In his youth he would jump at the first sign of a fight, but as he has aged he has mellowed out and is becoming less of an aggressor.
