Umibi

Umibi is the oldest one of the sea gods in the Empire and together with Amatume he’s the oldest god in the empire. Quite often he’s pictured as a sea serpent. Sailors ask Umibi for a safe voyage when they embark on a journey. The main place of worship for Umibi is the monastery in the southern Empire, pilgrims travel from the entire known world to bring offers to him. Rumor has it that if not enough offers are brought, he appears and attacks ships until he’s satisfied. His main domain is the tempest, although he is also considered the god of the deep sea and one of the gods of nature.
