The area brings in travelers from all over the world as a cultural hub for art, entertainment and financial power as it is the launching point for most adventures into the untamed wilderness of west of Risea, the mines in the mountains of Ziling and to the farm lands of west of Grans. Cloud City gets its name from the cloud touched buildings rising higher than the low hanging clouds forming the rain forest. Atop many of the buildings one can look out seeing a city above the clouds.

As is above so is below, the sprawling city traverses below ground made easy by past glaciation events leaving massive networks of tunnels that have been inhabited by the more temperature dependent life forms.
