Phandalin was once a farming settlement. It was raided by orcs at one point, abandoned, then resettled a century later by prospectors from Neverwinter and Waterdeep.

Architecture

Rustic, simple farm houses.

Natural Resources

Mineral wealth is plentiful in the nearby Sword Mountains. A deep underwater spring runs underneath the village.
