Elemelons
The Elemelons are a group of flowering plants with a range of different fruits.
In the high mountains these fruits can be etane with out anything else, but some fire. They boil the melon within its hard shell. It boils most of the water out of the fruit and creates a nutritious porriddge. They then would add extra flavourmakers, like cayenne, basil or lemon juice, to make it more nourishing and tastefull. We only know of its existance due to it's exposure in the Monestary of the Skies.
The Earthmelon is often used as a herb due to its hard interior. It can be grated and spread across other dishes. Elsewhere they use this melon as a base for Earthmelon Curry. They use the melon for its juice and add coconut milk to make up the sauce. Then they add in cauliflower and lentil and serve it with rice and traditional flatbread.
Traditionally it is used to make Firemelon Soup in the Duchy of Aukan. There they use the puree and add other fruit juices and honey. In the most daring examples the add extra chilli to this already spicy fruit. It has recently reached the imperial capital of Panin in Ladrias.
From the Watermelon seeds they extract an oil, which is used for beauty standards in the higher elites. Traditionally it is eaten raw as a fruit. Yet the locals of Wianish have created Watermelon soup, for it is rich in juices. Like Firemelon soup, here we commonly add other fruit juices. As this fruit is farmable in most areas of Milea and thus has reached the imperial capital of Panin. Here they have made their own dish using these ingredients. Most notably they have invented the Watermelon steak. This is a grilled piece of Watermelon which is juice on the inside.
Airmelon
The Airmelon is a smaller fruit which grow on higher altitudes. When growing up high it has changed it form to be grown on a tree. Thereby they encouraged the spread of it seeds to fertile lands and protect it for the colder ground. The tradeoff for that is that like the Earthmelon, its skin thickened. This is to protect the fruit from the cold winds which flow at such altitudes. Inside it as a not so sweet fruit as it mostly consits of water.

Earthmelon
The Earthmelon is a fruit which is grown in very hot climates. Therefore it has grown a very thick skin in which it tries to contain all the water it can harvest. Yet this task is very hard in such a hot climate. It is very sweet, because it tries fills it compensates the low water percentage with stored sugars. THe plant ahs large cupped leafs, which allows it to store slightly more water and capture more sunlight.

A Firemelon is commonly found in a tropical climate, but nevertheless it is desired among th eleite and is been grow in greenhouses in more temeprate climates. It is a large fruit which grow near the ground and in the jungle it lacks constant sunlight under the treetops. Therefore it takes a longer time to grow as it needs to sustain itself from the water it asorbs. Also it provides a inside which consits of less water than the other Elemelons. Being infused with the element of fire, the Firemelon is the only one where this is extermely noticeable, as the fruit has a hint of spice added to itself.

The Wtaermelon is fruit which is high in sugar from the driect sunligh and very watery from the water it asorbs. It has the skin of a Firemelon and the juices more like a Earthmelon or an Airmelon.
