Session 03: The Lord of the Tomb Report

General Summary

The evil Lord Ziva, holding aloft his divine artifact, engaged in battle against our heroes. Quick thinking from Loanedth lead to his dropping the mysterious black stone. Ziva retaliated by striking out at William Grimhound , bring the bounty hunter down to very low health. But their fight was illuminated by Nil-enor's guiding light, and with Ziva weakened, William dealt the final blow, striking Ziva and cleaving his head in twain.
Now with the battle behind them, they took in their surroundings, got the loot and got out, ensuring to collect artifacts of the deceased members of the Archaeological Society. Gordon got them safely home to the sound of the B-Side to the cassette stuck in his Sanddriver.
Finally safe back in the Guildhall of the Guild of Adventurers, the group met Ulaan, the Guildskeeper of Training and Defense and self-proclaimed 'champion of the north'. They gave the artifacts of the deceased to Philtris Fenhorn to deliver back to the families, and completed their contract with Lupro Slacktongue, earning them a measly 100gp and placement within the Guild.
Before sleeping in their new quarters, the group were (somewhat) delight to reunite with Zat, the young goblin girl who also successfully completed her mission, with the dragonborn twins Jindaar Vorjid and Raikira Vorjid, and the ugly human man Jake Scott.
They'll have some time to rest, before trouble rears its ugly head again!
