The Great God, Pan

The Great God Pan

Pronounced (pæn)
The god of the wild, rustic music and impromptus, and companion of the nymphs. With his homeland in rustic Arcadia, he is also recognized as the god of fields, groves, wooded glens and often affiliated with sex; because of this Pan is connected to fertility and the season of spring.

Satyr Like

He has hindquarters, legs, and horns of a goat, in the same manner as a faun or satyr.

Known to Elves

To the elves Pan is also considered to be the god of theatrical criticism.

Not of Divine Birth

Pan was not born a god, instead he was cast out for being so ugly by his mother. He quickly befriended the creatures of the Feywild, and when he found Mt. Celestia, the gods loved him as their own son.
