Translation found in a scroll at the Historical Preservation Society:
". And so the w'rship'rs of the dragons w're slain and their stone structures did crush and tumbl'd into piles to returneth backeth to the earth-bones, 'long with our greatest warri'rs. May their names beest rememb'r'd h're:
ainunta the dragon slayeth'r
nualauma the wizened
oninn the electirifed
f'rear the fear-eat'r

their ideas has't did fail and we shall riseth in their ruins, building ov'r those folk and in timeth those gents shall beest f'rgotten, but may these names and their s'rvice beest rememb'r'd in full f'rev'r. "
