Primitive Snouter

These small rodent-like creatures are thought by some to be the ancestors of the Buopoth. They have a rat-like body, a busy tail, and a bill-like snout which they use to dig for grubs and burrow through the earth. These creatures were thought to be extinct, but have recently been discovered along the trade routs to Mhor. The snouters are quite curious and have been known to steal items from unwary travelers on the road to Mhor.
