Guild of Watchmen

While the Marines of the Royal Navy keep a decent job at keeping the peace in the city of Carcino, there are many citizens that cannot rely on the human centric Navy and their views on other lesser races. For this reason the Guild of Watchmen was founded and sponsored by the Murex. This Guild offers its services in those districts where Navy abuse/prejudice is quite common.
The Guild of Watchmen also take the added responsibility of protecting stores and businesses that wish for protection from one of the underworld of the city.
