Dripping Eye Hobgoblins

The Dripping Eye Hobgoblins have one of the strangest initiation rituals into the clan for outsider Hobgoblins. Requiring one to take a rusty, dulled, ceremonial dagger and slice it across their right eye; the ceremonial blade is never cleaned, so infection and loss of the eye and rotting of the socket is extremely likely, thus the name Dripping Eye.
