Ankheg Crown

Ankhegs are viscous diggers, using their claws to shred the earth, and their crowns to push it like bulldozers. This particular crown has been removed from an Ankheg Queen. The shape resembles a boomerang, and when thrown has the weapons properties.
You can use an action to cause thick, green poison to coat the end of the Boomerang. The poison remains for 30 seconds or until an attack using this weapon hits a creature. That creature must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 acid damage and become poisoned for 5 minutes. The Crown can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
The boomerang is a ranged weapon, and any creature proficient with the javelin is also proficient with this weapon.
On a miss, a boomerang returns to the thrower's hand.
