Small community hidden away in a nook between Fruskant mountains and Northguard Saddles, with only a small winding path leading up to it, Devenlen is a fledgling mining operation sponsored by the ambitious Lugsitz family. Inhabited mostly by miners and prospectors, along with their families and barest of administrative infrastructures, this tiny upland hamlet is in prime position to exploit the surrounding highlands over the years to come.
