Fairy Tea

Fairy tea is a magical tea brewed by the Fey. It has magical healing properties and every time it is consumed a random magical effect occurs.
Every time a creature consumes fairy tea they heal 1d4 damage and gain the following properties for 10 minutes:
1. They roll a 1d4 and become a bird, cat, rabbit or dog respectively.
2. Their perception checks related to smell have advantage.
3. They turn invisible.
4. They shrink and become 2 feet shorter.
5. Their skin changes to become flexible, animated stone. They gain resistance to slashing and piercing damage.
6. They grow and become 2 feet taller.
7. They gain the ability to breathe underwater.
8. They gain glowing, skin that pulses different colours and gain a disadvantage to stealth checks.
9. Their voice becomes booming and loud and they cannot control their volume.
10. They gain the ability to fly at a speed of 60ft.
