Krist'heya, City of Light

One of few things known about the Lashtria for sure is the existence of the City of Light, Krist'heya. It is seen miles away through the dense fog of the Sea of Sorrow.
The City of Light supposedly houses countless dead and those responsible for the administration of Lashtria. The diplomats from the Land of Death claim that they are representatives of the City. That is, Krist'heya is both a settlement and the government. It must also be noted that though the negotiations are private, it is rumoured that the representatives are not dead, or not dead in the expected way. Actually, no living has ever seen a person from hereafter. The free dead are the only clue about what the Land of Death might be like. And one of the main goals of negotiations is to learn more about it and to make contact with the deceased.
