Illfort

Illfort is a dockside island, the southernmost settlement in Asendra. Hardly any tree’s grow upon the island, all having been used for lumber or food. The rocky shores of this settlement make it hard for explorers to venture into this land without using the piers, which will surely get them caught by illfort’s coastguard. Illfort is where the strongest go to learn more about how to fight, armed, in ways designed to end your opponent, ways that will cause them the most pain and misery. Here lies the sanctuary for all of Blackwick's weapons and powerful artifacts. Those trained to protect this stash and armory are considered members of The Dusk, a deadly army stationed on the island of Illfort and upon the palace grounds of Diabothrone . These warriors are merciless, and attack with expertise in their weapon of choice. The Dusk’s warriors care little for style and most for function. Knights might wear armor from head to toe, while assassins will suit up in black leather to lead them quietly through the night. It mostly depends on the Ironbrook equivalent, but a main theme through all their choices is the sacred color of black.
