Goblins

often confused for gnomes, or small Trolls , or even tiny Orcs , have been given the reputation of being malicious in nature, but in reality, they’re no more malicious than your average Fairies - they’re just clever. Often much smaller than regular humanoids, they’ve been known to prefer rural areas for the seclusion, but there are a fair amount of goblins that choose to live in more densely populated areas for more excitement. They’re very smart and easily able to keep up with large workloads. They’re not usually helpful towards humans without some sort of incentive, given how awful humans have been to them in the past, and they don’t take kindly to being teased. Goblins highly value respect, so if you respect a goblin, they’ll respect you. Their magic is usually based around themselves and is essentially effortless; they have very sharp eyes when it comes to magic, and even more so when it comes to thievery. If you try to cheat a goblin, you will undoubtedly lose. They’re temperamental when they feel they aren’t being respected.
