Enchanters

refer to magic folk who specialize in using their abilities to influence people around them, in ways both good and bad, intentionally or unintentionally (based on natural abilities, control of those abilities, and how much they've studied to hone them) - they are generally given a bad reputation, but when it comes to the question "are enchanters good are bad?" it truly depends on the enchanter wielding the enchantments, their views of the world, and how sparingly they use their influence. Practicing enchanters often work closely with Elves and other fair folk in their studies, should they wish to develop their enchanting abilities further, and make good politicians, or leaders in general, should they choose to embrace their powers.
