Elatara

Elatara is a wooded city located west within Fairlight , with rich greenery surrounded the walled interior. The climate most of the year is a warm spring, with flowers blooming year round. The grass is a rich, deep green and trees rise high over the dirt paths leading in and out of the city, and around its enchanted forest, shared with Storia . Elatara specializes in elemental magic, having to do with the elements of water, fire, earth/life, and air. The city is split into four districts, each assigned by The Society of the Sacred System, into which citizens practice which kind of magic. The Society controls most of the citizens lives, but does so with compassion, as to keep the balance of the art. Faction leaders wear flowing garments, typically in their faction's own colors, ( blue, green, yellow or red. ) while typical residents stick with the color scheme of their faction in more suitable clothing for working and training. Their outfits can sometimes look to be those of “peasants”, but most of Elatara’s population is middle class. Objects of this clothing could be capes/cloaks, vests, corsets and more. Women aren’t subject to dresses, and may wear pants yet still be seen as proper. The main export of Elatara is dyes and flowers. Since it is the settlement with the most color, the city deems it fitting to capitalize on the brightest flowers and create the brightest dyes from the plants around them.
