Maximus

Maximus is an AI machine that was built in *date* by the Alfar under the command of *leader name*, head of the Citadel. Its primary purpose was to restore peace but Maximus saw that peace cannot be obtained when humanity has the freedom to do harm. So it decided to unite Arulyn's civilisations forcefully under his rule.
