Deepwater and caves, with plants asway. the Oeans swim and glide through the waves. in the large sea, they lie, with webbed finger and feet they fly. no use for wings when the water is their sky. thick and sweet keeping their warmth, they lie in the cold beds of the sea. seen with fish and creatures that are truly a majesty. what fine people are these! - Oeans live in the deep sea that covers the planet. they are officially the largest kingdom with many sub-governments to keep track of their population. while they can fly they have little to no wing muscle and prefer to stay in the water. they sell and ship out various meats and plants harvested from the many areas of the sea.

when leaving the kingdom you should go in a pod whether for hunting, trading, or travel. hunting is a group activity that is for everyone in your pack.

always feed within your pack never where you might lure other animals. never lure predators towards the kingdom.

clothes that are streamlined and cling to the body are used widely in this culture, floaty layered clothes are used in home life and important events. light-reflective objects are hoarded and worn amongst the people daily.

Common Customs, traditions and rituals

Oeans group together in packs that can grow to over 100 members, while they all follow the regime they function under one leader and will complete tasks for the pack on a daily basis alongside their personal lives. Song is used as a notification system among this culture, there are different songs for different events.
