A Judge of the Kasani are the main leaders of the clans of the Kasani Tribe, who are chosen from among the elders of each clan. Judges are also members of the Council of Judges, who consist of the clan leaders who represent the Kasani as a whole. They are considered truly mighty and have centuries of experience and wisdom, using that to lead their brethren.

Qualifications

Any member of the Kasani being considered for the position of Judge must have been a member of one of the Kasani clans for a long-time. He or she must also have been in good standing within the Kasani, and show the wisdom and capability from long time service. Once that candidate has met those requirements, a visual sign will usually appear on that person to denote their eligibility for Judge. This sign is believed by the Kasani to be the sign given by The Source of the new Judge. Upon this revelation, an ceremony can take place affirm the candidate to the office of Judge.

Requirements

The requirements to be a Kasani Judge must be met before any person can be a candidate for the office. They must be a member of one of the Kasani Clans for a long-time, have served within the clan for a long-time, show loyal to the Kasani, demonstrate at least massive amounts of power, have great wisdom, skill, knowledge, and compassion.

Responsibilities

All Judges are responsible for the overall well-being of the Kasani Tribe, and leading them in the overall agenda of the tribe. They also represent the Kasani to the other Speran nations and Empowered Tribes in diplomatic matters. They also serve as supreme military leaders who lead the entire tribe into war whenever necessary.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The position of Judge is usually a lifetime position held by the person unless one of three situations occur. The first being that the current Judge desires to step down from their office to allow another to rise to the office. The second is that the presiding Judge passes away due to the end of their centuries-long lifespan or by battle. The third is that the Judge is removed from their office for treason against the Kasani as a whole.
