Alailae
The forest elves wanted to live in peace and balance with the nature, which sprouted a civil war in the kingdome due to the demand from the kingdome. During the civil war they came in contact with Thirus, god of nature. They got influenced quite fast from the god and broke after years of war with their kingdome off into their own seperate country and relocated to the magical forest of Omisla. After learning how this area worked, they had developed from living in peace and harmony with the nature to a more serious aproach protect the nature at all costs. Which got influenced by the god even stronger than before.
After settling down in the magical forest of Omisla, they renamed themselves to Alailae and created the small country Shoynia. They did'nt wanted to be associated with their old kingdome anymore after what transpired in the plains of Eristasia. This experience lead them to a more isolated way of living under the protection of their environment. But this wasn't enough to be let in peace, occassionally people of the outside world entered their home. After they had enough, they wanted to warn the outside world of their presence in the magical forest of omisla, which lead them to the conclusion, that they had to kill everyone who entered the forest. This wasn't just a way to protect themselves but also to protect the nature after they saw in the past what humans and other races did to their environment over and over again.

Anatomy
Alailae are fast and agile ambushing forest elves. They are magical adapt, infact the best race in terms of magical capabilities and strength. They aren't as physically strong as their predecessors once were, due to their new environment.

Compared to their predecessors they now had the ability to develop a stronger young population. Which comes from the access to more and stable food supply in the forest.
Growth Rate & Stages
They now are birthing more children and the families with more children did'nt had the need to sacrifice their children to the wilds anymore. Less danger also is a factor to their development of a stronger society.
Ecology and Habitats
They are living in peace and harmony with their environment, sacrificing their life to protect the forest they are living in. Anything or anyone who enters the forest without permission of the elves will be getting rid of. No one leaves the forest and becomes nutrition to the forest.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The elves are hunting like any other race on Arihasa, paired with gathering the fruits, plants and herbs of the forest. But they changed compared to their predecessors. They are now living in balance with the forest. If the forest becomes low on anything, they are supporting the forest to keep the population of a species up. They are starting to ban for several years this particular type of species for gathering or hunting. Mainly they are living off the fruits but ocassionally they also endulge in some meaty festivals with the entire race.
Behaviour
Every Alailae protects their village. No matter the age of the elv living in the forest. The small children help their family supporting the village they are living in and the older ones are going out for foraging and hunting if they aren't on guard duty.

The oldest and most capable elves are becoming chief of their village. The most capable elves in terms of spiritualism becomes a druid.
Males are mostly hunting and protecting the village while the females gather. The children, depending on age and gender, are paired with their elders on a specific job suited for them.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
Humans are hunting the traveling elves for their ears. If they are unlucky to survive the ambush of humans, they loose their ears and become slaves for the royals and who ever can offer enough cash for their beauty.

Due to their magical strength and capabilities they are considered probably the most intelligent race on Arihasa. Which the elves need to ambush effectively and develop all kinds of magic spells and medical items.

Due to their relocation they evolved a better eye sight over the time in the forest compared to their predecessors to hunt more efficiently paired with their good ability to hear over a distance.

The druide circle: A very small circle of the oldest forest elfs in the village, providing children the mark of nature of the god of nature as a vessel and having the strongest spiritual connection to the god of nature Thirus.
The mana schoolar: Those schoolars are studying the natural mana in the whole world and their strong natural mana zones.
The magical schoolars: They are studying variouse magical beliefes, theories and uses of magic.
History
After they broke of off their predecessors, they roamed the planet to find a new home. But there wasn't a good area to live independent and save from other races. So they lost quite a few of their numbers but eventually they settled down in the forest of Omisla. They struggled to learn the nature their but after a few years they finally managed to settle down in the forest and figuring out the guise of the area. After which they started to develop their society and developing their social structure in the service of the nature under the guidance of the god of nature.
