Diyurgen Ward

Archon Diyurgen has one of the smallest Wards in Sear, but that hasn't stopped him from becoming one of the most powerful Archons. He makes his home in a dormant volcano wellward inland of the axial end of the Chasm Sea. From there, he cultivates a hoard of extremely valuable information through a network of information brokers, divination, and the kinds of favours garnered by one who is capable of providing nearly anything for a price.
The schemes of Shi'para are understandably intertwined with those of Archon Diyurgen fairly frequently, and, for someone of his level of power, she makes an exception to the general apathy with which she treats most of her willing or unwilling followers. After all, he may be a threat to her plans.
Archon Diyurgen generates numerous prophecies as a side-effect of all the divinations he performs. These are transcribed by his Bonds and stored in a vault deep in the volcano for later use and consideration. Many of his Bonds are proficient scribes and work as clerks in his network of information. Archon Diyurgen also deals in mundane information such as government paperwork and contracts for the shipment of goods. He can even be made available as a notary for documents of sufficient importance (in return for some favours, of course, as well as complete knowledge of the venture's prospects and goals). Diyurgen's seal on a document is worth his weight in platinum.
