Drakken-Eyre
A city of smugglers and thieves. Drakken-Eyre is a wet, rainy, damp, damp city that is known for its layer of night fog that burns with the morning heat.
While it technically has a monarchy, the crime bosses essentially run the Kingdom. The monarchy and the royal guard are paid to look the other way, allowing the bosses free reign within Drakken-Eyre.
