Othos
Othos is a city located in Anomeia, founded in 740 by the Metonist settlers of Lacea during the Loian migration (612-755) where many voreian groups immigrated to Sefit and Ardhan to find new beginnings. The Metonist settlers were political refugees from Lacea during the Sykrosine Civil War (740-744), they followed the ideology of Metonism created by philosopher Efko Chelona who believed in a hierarchical system of order that prioritized meritocracy and cultural and technological innovation, students and avid followers of his formed a faction during the collapse of the Aetasian Empire that attempted to reorganize the Lacean states into a confederation with Metonist characteristics but failed due to larger support for a representative republic that formed the state of Aspidos. After they lost their attempt they deemed Lacea a doomed land and migrated south to the then, Ainumet Empire and founded Othos, at first a fishing village and ship stop, but throughout the following century would become a metropolis of trade, business and bolster the most diverse and second most populated demographic after the capital of Ketemet.
