Eyiran
The Kaxamadi State of Eyiran is a nation on the Tammara Point of Sefit, populated and ruled by the Kaxsari ethnic group despite having over 12 ethnicites native and under the territority of the state. The name "Kaxamadi" means "Rightful Council" in Kaxsaridi, referring to the council that leads the nation.
In 877, the Kaxamadi was met by Eteb Afmib of the recently dissolvedAinumet Empire, with a fleet of 5,000 people, loyalists of Eteb. Eteb requested refuge in Eyirani land on a beach, and for his people to be granted safety, he paid the Kaxamadi hefty in treasures and relics, and signed the Sankeliah Treaty (877), granting his people land on the very northern coast. Eteb would go on to found a small fishing port town with his people and named it Senaket. Soon more and more serunite migrates fleeing Anomeia would come take refuge in the new city, governed by the former Emperor Eteb Afmib. Soon the population of Senaket grew beyond expectation to 60,000 in nearly just a decade, and became a bustling point of business just outside the second largest city, Dherala, and Eteb had grown old and had signed a will stating his son, Marakheb, would take over as governor.
Word of this transfer of "rulership" reached the Kaxamadi, and they immediately opposed it, sending an armed force to prevent the transfer of government, they cited the Sankeliah that they granted the land to the Serunites, not that it was for the Serunites to rule. Despite a few days of an armed force reading the terms presented by the Kaxamadi requesting them to turn over weapons and armor in the village and to consent to being placed under the rulership of the Count of Dherala, the coronation of Marakheb as ruler of the serunite people and by extension their founded city of Senaket carried through. After this, Marakheb used his authority to arm the people of Senaket further and fortify the city, something that had been developed for the past decade, the force sent by the Kaxamadi attempted to break up the fortifications before they become too reinforced but failed, being drove to retreat after being fired upon by the Senakites. This was beginning of the Maqar War, and the foundation of the Seru'Afi Kingdom.
After Seru'Afi forces had conquered most of the northern territories of Eyiran, a ceasefire treaty was signed to allow a recovery from the accumilated casualties and destruction. The ceasefire was set to last a year, and now the Seru'Afi was in control of half of the originally Eyirani land, creating an internal crisis within the Kaxamadi, a faction forming of extremists wanting to dissolve the Kaxamadi due to the crisis and elect a leader to drive an end to the war, the bastion of this faction was a man named Arsax Sanabka. a young captain within the military who had several successes against the Seru'Afi and had been preaching about a more direct and offensive strategy throughout the war and gained much popularity among government and military.
