Located in Pyrermos, Elqor University is the research capital of the world. It is a school of magic for the High Elves of Atarin.

Structure

Elqor University is run by seven masters, one for each school of magic, and a headmaster. The current headmistress is Hylia Kalto, an enchanter. The current masters are:
