Corporation: Chem-it

It becomes Khemit, and is much like Egypt, but cyberpunk. This particular corp is more bio-punk, and makes clones for people to put backup mind's into, and genetic shenanigans. They are very based off of preservation and respecting the old ways. Literally they are bound by the ways of the older board members, who now can't stay dead.   Besides a strong focus on bio-manipulation, they also focus on technology that integrates genetic manipulation with more electronic technologies. They currently hold the secret to placing electronic copies of peoples brain/personalities into bioforms, instead of programs or androids as is often done. a unique aspect of their technology is that it tends to keep people more "human" in their thought patterns, then androids that have new copies put in them, who tend to degrade quickly when forced in bodies their minds reject.

Guilds and Factions

The different specialties (such as cloning, brain copying, genetic warfare, bio blending, etc) are identified often as separate divisions that loosly work together. The different divisions often line up with different animals, that happen to map with Egyptian gods, For an example, an Ibis is used to represent for the division in charge of old documents and procedures (archival Division), a Jackal is used for the brain copying division that brings people back to life, and A crocodile is used for the bio weapons division.
