Darkness

This summons shadows and darkness that render sight impossible. Such darkness overwhelms natural light the same way natural light drives out natural darkness. Spells that create magical light, such as Command Light, can allow for vision even in magical darkness. But spells which do not have light creation as their major function, such as Command Fire, do not help.  

Cantrip

This blinds a target for a number of turns equal to your Magic Power.  

Great

This enshrouds an entire zone with darkness, and no one may see through it or out of it. You can instead incorporate the cantrip version into a weapon attack. The darkness lasts a number of turns equal to your Magic Power.  

Superior

This acts as the great version, but for every zone within range, or the specific zones you choose.  

Ultimate

This causes a supernatural eclipse, shrouding everything in a number of miles equal to your Range in overwhelming darkness. You and a number of allies equal to your Magic Power have no difficulty seeing.
