Banish

This sends targets to another dimension where they are trapped for a time.

Cantrip

The target is able to quickly escape their imprisonment. They lose their movement action but are otherwise unaffected. You can instead banish an object that weighs less than 10 times your Magic Power in pounds as long as you concentrate.

Great

The target is stuck in the other dimension until they make a Warding roll that beats your casting roll and escape, or until your concentration ends. They may take other actions on their turn if they wish, but if they choose to make a Warding roll, it is the only action they can take. You can instead incorporate this into a weapon attack to banish an object the target is holding or wearing as per the cantrip rules, and your weapon passes through the area where it was to strike the person carrying it.

Superior

This acts as the great version, but no longer requires concentration. It lasts a number of turns equal to your Magic Power or until the target breaks free, though you may concentrate to extend the duration. You can instead incorporate this into a weapon attack to also banish the target as per the great version of the rules.

Ultimate

The target is permanently sent to some other dimension, likely never to return.
