Hasasař Towers
Utility
The towers are used more as a stilt than bringing something in. A Person called a Windflower/Hasanaz climbs up the ladder with another person a water rune ready to catch them if they fall. There they will stand for a designated time (Dawn, Afternoon, Dusk) and, using a combination of fire and water, focus and control the strong winds that flow by the The Archipelago of Seasons.
Some move the wind around the strait so that sail ships can come; others move the wind in the opposite direction the point of the island is pointing so the wind can enter that area and then move it back to the strait. Once their time is over, then the Windflower/Hasanaz's shift is replaced, and they climb down and get replaced. There is a current moving clockwise and counter clockwise along the straight. It is considered a war crime to harm a Windflower/Hasanaz on duty.
Manufacturing
Like the Darisakin Towers, but shorter and with a ladder so that the Windflower/Hasanaz can climb onto it.
Social Impact
The use of these towers allowed for quick trade along the Archipelago
