Tiu Robus, Patron of Monkhood

Considered the first monk, Tiu Robus was a master of and the Patron of both body and mind.

Strength

Tiu trained for a long time and mastered his own body. He free climbed the now-renamed Tiu Cliffs, one of the sheerest cliffs in Kaeoma. The Cliffs are over a kilometer tall, and it took Tiu four hours to scale them.

Peace

Tiu also trained in meditation. After scaling the Tiu Cliffs, he meditated for a week.
