Rose Hills

These hills are found in the center of Arburg, and have been claimed by the village of Rosepass, which was built at the northern edge of these hills.

History

They were officially named the Rose Hills in 58, when Rosepass came to be. Rosepass was only named in 60, after they decided to take note of who passes through "their" hills. They claimed the hills as theirs. Since then, guards patrol the Rose Hills, and travelers who wish to pass through have to pay a fee to Rosepass.

Fauna & Flora

The exact wildlife and plant species found in those hills are unclear because Rosepass is extremely protective over their hills. The most famous type of flora that is found there are the roses, which is what the Hills were named after. The roses are spectularly beautiful in Ariya, and they display all sorts of colours.

Natural Resources

The Eastern hills are made of a specific clay that is rumoured to have medicinal properties. A huge variety of plants and herbs can be found in the hills as well. The people of Rosepass use these for food, medicine and grazing their cattle.
