Aracanus

A world made of magic, the childhood project of an ancient god, the childhood bane of an ancient demon. Aracanus is full to the brim of life, love, history, and on top of it all- the arcane.   Created from the power of the Original God himself, there are six main types of magic that flow throughout Aracanus- Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Spirit, and the sixth type, dubbed "Clanless" Aracanus traces a long history, from the original legend of Gaia and Caertium, and the horrific fight between the two brothers that not only destroyed Gaia's form, but locked the five elemental magics away from the world, leaving only the residual Clanless magic for the inhabitants to use. Upon death, Gaia's soul, too powerful to either stay or disappear, split itself violently into five pieces, scattering across the continent of Terrum and laid wait, resting, for hundreds of years. Until the five Elemental Heroes came together in a tavern in Whyndon. And when Elvanlice sat down, the journey to define the course of history began- collecting the staves and battling the guardians of each, taking them finally to the gravesite of Gaia's death, sacrificing their fifth member to restore the Ancient God, and Magic, to the world.   ...
