Ardamel is split into three ideologies, Phostra, Blackwald and Haven.

The King dies, his brother brings up a lot of their people north and starts Phostra as a kingdom. The King's loyalists stay and form the kingdom known as Blackwald Thoradin the archmage of Ardamel takes some of the humans south and helps them form Haven.
