Vow of Skirmishes

Long time ago the war between Blackwald, Haven and Phostra grew too great and so did the loss of life.   The war made them vow to not go back to a fullscale war and establish how to fight wars in smaller skirmishes.

Purpose

The creation of the vow was to stop the three kingdoms from facing destruction together as no Kingdom had proved superior.   The Vow will keep the war in small skirmishes

Document Structure

Clauses

Vow of Skirmishes " I, The Wolf King I, The Phoenix King I, The Swan King Solemnly vow to cease all major military actions with my fellow kingdoms and will not rouse an army more than six thousand at a time against them. When we battle we will do so honorably, due certain rules and agreements detailed elsewhere and will no longer try to annihilate each other. Instead, we will agree to claim land by these skirmishes and little by little divide territory by the victor."   Below the signets of each kingdom's king are stamped, proving the legality of the document.

Caveats

"This agreement will last long as our kingdoms do not find peace."

Publication Status

Each Kingdom has a copy of the Vow as a reminder, only accessible by each royal family.

Legal status

The Vow remains a legal document in the kingdoms of Blackwald, Haven and Phostra who it concerns.
