Captain Noelle

An ex-military fighter pilot, retired due to an eye injury declared by the board to be unfit for service.
Her artificial eye works better than her organic one, but it needs to be recharged in order to remain functional. She often argues that her superiors were looking for any excuse to oust her and that they never quite saw eye to eye.
She now pilots a scientific space ark holding a vast laboratory, overseeing almost all ship-related duties, and answers only to the navigator, who charts out the next course and destination.
Noelle is sweet on the intern.
