Not fallen into disrepair – the vineyard is still tended to. The citizen’s of Freymere sacrifice some of
their earnings to collectively maintain the vineyard to the extent they could. As it is their one saving
grace, everything hinges on this venture surviving these hard times.
The wines held in cold storage (secure location in barrels of varying wood types, depending on the wine and fermentation required) are left there to age – expected to be brought back to the market when the time is right – jumpstart the village’s economy once more.
