Rose Butterfly

This pale rose cheese is with its full-bodied nutty flavor a national dragonborn dish, often reserved for special occasions. It is not much exported outside of Yetheloth for many people seem to find at least mild discomfort on the realisation that it is partially produced with the help of the catarpillars of the Rose Butterflies. These catarpillars are actively put into the fresh cheese and alter the consistency and test of the cheese vastly. The ripening usually takes up to four to five months whereby the typical nutty aroma of the cheese is attained. The remaining caterpillars, dead and alive, are particularly tasteful and deemed as the best part of the Rose Butterfly. It is often served in combination with Bluetain Spirit.
